《黄帝内经》中医九宫时空医学理论刍议

Discussion on the Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Jiugong Time and Space Medicine in Huangdi Neijing

中医时空医学是以天人相应观念为指导,关于疾病预防、诊治的中医学理论体系。《黄帝内经·灵枢·九宫八风》篇为中医九宫时空医学理论的代表。从洛书九宫与《黄帝内经》九宫时空医学的关联,九宫时空医学包含的阴阳规律与年节律、地域空间规律和中医五行与五脏规律等方面探讨,阐述中医九宫时空医学理论,阐发的以洛书九宫为理论框架下中医学时空医学所包含的时间、空间、地域、阴阳、五行、脏腑等理论内容。中医九宫时空医学也是中医阴阳对立统一互相转化、五行生克、整体与部分等哲学世界观的高度概括与应用方法论。

Time and Space Medicine is a theoretical system in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)about disease prevention,diagnosis and treatment guided by the correspondence between man and universe.The chapter of Huangdi Neijing Lingshu,Jiugong Bafeng is the representative of the Jiugong Time and Space medicine theory.This paper expounds the connection between Luoshu and the theory of Huangdi Neijing Lingshu,Jiugong Bafeng,Jiugong Time and Space medicine regular of Yin and Yang and rhythm,regional space pattern,and the five elements and five zang-organs regular of TCM.It discusses time,space,regional,content of the theory of Yin-Yang and five elements,zang-fu organ etc.in the framework of Luoshu Jiugong.The theory is a high generalization and application methodology of the philosophical world outlook of the unity of opposition between Yin and Yang,the five elements,the whole and the part of TCM.
