摘要
羊肉早在战国时期便作为药物使用,至北宋时期,使用羊肉的方剂数量迅速增加。其中一方面,是因为随着医学理论的不断发展,医家对于羊肉功效认识不断深入,羊肉被应用到治疗更多疾病之中,含羊肉的方剂数量随之增加;另一方面,北宋时期食治理论逐渐发展成熟,医家开始重视将食物应用到治疗疾病之中,使用羊肉的食疗方不断出现。此外,由于宋代皇室有“尚羊”饮食传统,使得民众也普遍喜食羊肉,羊肉的加工制作方式也越来越丰富,“贵羊贱猪”的思想在北宋亦十分盛行,以上都对北宋医家对于羊肉的使用产生一定影响。
Mutton was used as medicine in the Warring States period,during the Northern Song Dynasty,the number of prescriptions using mutton increased rapidly.On the one hand,with the continuous development of medical theories,doctors became better understand the efficacy of mutton,mutton was applied to treat more diseases,and the number of prescriptions containing mutton increased.On the other hand,in the Northern Song Dynasty,the theory of food treatment gradually matured,and doctors began to attach importance to the application of food to treat diseases,and dietary treatments using mutton continued to appear.In addition,the royal family worshipped sheep at the time,people followed the trend,more recipes of mutton became popular,and the idea of"honor sheep but dishonor pig"was also popular at that time.All of these had a certain impact on the use of mutton in prescriptions in the Northern Song Dynasty.
