住院患者跌倒相关危险因素分析及护理策略

Analysis of risk factors and nursing strategies related to falls in hospitalized patients

目的:分析住院患者跌倒的相关危险因素,寻找切实有效的护理策略,最大限度地减少相关不良事件的发生。方法:回顾性分析2019-01-01~2020-01-31我院42例跌倒患者的年龄、跌倒地点、跌倒时间、跌倒不良后果等相关资料。结果:42例患者中,18~59岁患者跌倒人数最多,占47.6%;厕所为跌倒高发地点,占35.7%;夜间为跌倒高发时间,占61.9%;住院时间≥14 d且患有内科疾病的患者,跌倒发生率较高,为64.3%。结论:住院患者跌倒是多种因素共同作用的结果,针对重点科室、重点患者,应积极采取相应措施进行预防。

Objective:To analyze the risk factors related to falls in hospitalized patients,and to find effective nursing strategies to minimize the occurrence of related adverse events.Methods:Forty-two patients related to falls in our hospital from 2019-01-01 to 2020-01-31 were analyzed retrospectively,and the risk factors such as age,the place of fall,fall time and adverse events related to falls were analyzed.Results:Among 42 falls patients,which aged 18-59 years old had the highest number of falls,accounting for 47.6%.Toilets were the most likely places to falls,accounting for 35.7%.There was a high incidence of falls at night,accounting for 61.9%.The length of hospitalization was more than 14 d and internal medicine patients had a high incidence of falls,which accounting for 64.3%.Conclusion:Inpatients falls are caused by multiple factors.For high risk departments and patietns,we should identify risk factors of accidental falls,and make appropriate preventive precautions.
