甘草酸制剂防治肺纤维化的研究进展

Research progress of glycyrrhizic acid preparation in prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis

肺纤维化是各种肺间质性疾病的最终结局,其病理表现为各种炎性细胞浸润、成纤维细胞增殖以及大量细胞外基质沉积。既往研究表明,防治肺纤维化的药物研究取得了较大进展。最新研究发现,甘草酸制剂在肺纤维化治疗过程中也发挥着重要作用。本研究就甘草酸制剂在肺纤维化中的作用作一综述,以期为临床治疗肺纤维化找到新的突破点。

Pulmonary fibrosis(PF)is the final outcome of various pulmonary interstitial diseases,the pathological manifestations show various inflammatory cell infiltration,fibroblast proliferation and a large number of extracellular matrix deposition.Previous studies have shown that great progress has been made in the study of drugs to prevention and treatment of PF.The latest research found that glycyrrhizic acid preparation also plays an important role in the treatment of PF.This paper reviews the role of glycyrrhizic acid preparation in treatment of PF,in order to find a new breakthrough point for clinical treatment of PF.
