摘要
As the program chairs of the 6th International Conference of Pioneer Computer Scientists,Engineers and Educators 2020(ICPCSEE 2020,originally ICYCSEE),it was our great pleasure to welcome you to the conference,which will be held in Taiyuan,China,September 18–21,2020,hosted by North University of China and National Academy of Guo Ding Institute of Data Science,China.The goal of this conference is to provide a forum for computer scientists,engineers,and educators.
