村庄下压煤短壁间隔充填开采技术研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 为了解决村庄压煤遏制矿井可持续发展的问题,以刘东煤矿10#煤层压煤开采为研究背景,提出四种开采方案,运用经济学原理确定了采用短壁间隔充填开采方式回采刘东煤矿510采区村庄压煤区域。然后,结合关键层理论及结构力学特征确定了条带充填宽度和充填体强度,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件确定了充填开采回采工艺。最后,应用室内物理模拟方法验证确定了充填开采工艺参数及回采工艺的准确性。通过上述分析结果可知应用短壁间隔充填开采技术可成功回采村庄压煤采区,对相似条件下的村庄压煤开采具有重要的参考意义。 Coal mining under village is important for sustainable development of coal mine. Four under-village mining schemes of 10#coal seam in Liudong Coal Mine are proposed,after technical and economical comparison,the short wall interval filling mining scheme is selected for under-village mining in 510 mining district. Then,based on the theory of key layers and structural mechanical characteristics,the width and strength of strip filling are determined,and FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation is used to determine the mining technology. Finally,the accuracy of filling mining parameters and mining technology is verified by indoor physical simulation. The results show that,the short wall interval filling mining technology can successfully mine the under-village coal resources,which can offer references for under-village coal mining under similar conditions.
