基于云物元的合肥市生态安全评价及生态阻力分析 被引量:7

摘要 为了有效改善合肥市生态环境,提高合肥市生态安全水平,采用“压力-状态-响应”概念模型构建合肥市生态安全评价指标体系,选取主客观组合赋权法确定指标权重,集成云物元模型和阻力诊断模型,评价合肥市2005—2018年的生态安全水平并分析其生态阻力。结果表明:2005—2018年合肥市生态安全等级经历“上升—下降—上升”的演变态势,生态安全平均水平为Ⅱ(较安全)等级,生态环境质量一般,综合环境治理力度亟待加强;生态阻力方面,节能环保支出占财政支出比重、人均水资源量、科技支出占财政支出比重等指标成为提升合肥市生态安全状况的主要阻力因子。 In order to effectively improve the ecological environment in Hefei,improve the level of Hefei’s ecological security,the“pressure-state-response(PSR)”conceptual model building in Hefei ecological security evaluation index system,selection of subjective and objective combination method to determine index weight,integrated cloud the matter-element model and resistance diagnosis model,evaluation of ecological security level 2005—2018 in Hefei and analyzes its ecological resistance.The results show that during 2005—2018,Hefei’s ecological security level experience“rise-down-up”the evolution of the situation,ecological security average ofⅡ(safer)level,ecological environmental quality in general,to be strengthened;the comprehensive environmental regulation.In terms of ecological resistance,the proportion of energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure in fiscal expenditure,water resources per capita,science and technology expenditure in fiscal expenditure and other indicators have become the main resistance factors to improve Hefei’s ecological security.
