摘要 “妇女与媒体”是1995年世妇会《行动纲领》中妇女发展的12个重大关切领域之一。妇女与媒体发展包括了两个重要战略目标:一是通过媒体和新的通讯技术增强妇女参加表达意见和作出决策的能力;二是促进媒体对妇女作出均衡和非陈规定型的描绘。在北京+25之际,在媒介技术快速发展的背景下,讨论妇女与媒体发展更具切实的时代价值。在过去的五年中,中国通过完善政策法规、加强媒体监管、媒体舆论关注性别议题和女性权益、塑造正面积极的女性形象等措施,促进了媒体对妇女作出平衡和非陈规定型的描绘。同时我国积极推进媒体组织中的性别平等,利用信息技术和新媒体推进妇女赋权,但在媒体监测、性别培训、媒介素养方面仍然面临挑战,需要继续探索创新。 “Women and media”is one of the 12 major areas of concern for women’s development in the Platform for Action of the World Women’s Conference in 1995.The development of women and media includes two important strategic goals.One is to enhance women’s ability to express opinions and make decisions through the media and new communication technologies,and the other is to promote a balanced and non-stereotypical portrayal of women in the media.On the occasion of Beijing+25,with the rapid development of media technology,it is of more tangible value to discuss the development of women and media.In the past five years,China has improved policies and regulations,strengthened media supervision.Media paid attention to gender issues and women’s rights,creating positive images of women and promoting balanced and non-stereotypical portrayals of women.At the same time,China actively promotes gender equality in media organizations and uses information technology and new media to promote women’s empowerment.However,there are still challenges in media monitoring,gender training,and media literacy,and we need to continue to explore and innovate.
