摘要
以“大轻工”“新轻工”理念,审视天津科技大学的学校定位与特色,提出了再深化、再拓展关键问题和实施路径,主要包括一体化建设思路应以落实《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》、对标“新工科人才培养质量通用标准”、做好地方性特色型传统工科专业改造升级等为主要目标,统筹一流课程、一流本科专业建设,提供了由课程“点”开始、到新工科“体”的实施路径;通过查找轻工类教学质量国家标准与新工科通用标准存在的偏差,提出修改建议;以轻工特色高校的机械类专业的改造升级为典型,引进世界智能大会“新四化”概念,尝试设计了符合新工科建设目标的专业方向。
With the concept of“big light industry”and“new light industry”,this paper examines the school orientation and characteristics of Tianjin University of Science and Technology,points out some implementation paths for deepening and expanding the key parameters.It mainly includes the following aspects.Integration construction should take the implementation of the Guiding Outline of Ideological and Political Construction of Curriculum in Colleges and Universities,the benchmarking of the“General Standards for Training Quality of New Engineering Talents”,and the transformation and upgrading of traditional engineering majors with local characteristics as main objectives.Overall planning for the construction of first-class courses and first-class undergraduate specialties should provide an implementation path from courses as points to the“body”of new engineering.After finding out the gaps between the national standards for light industry teaching quality and the general standards for new engineering,suggestions for revision are put forward.Taking the transformation and upgrading of mechanical major in colleges and universities with light industry characteristics as a typical example,this paper introduces the concept of“new four modernizations”of the World Intelligence Congress,and tries to design a professional direction that conforms to the construction objectives of new engineering courses.
