论高校党委教师工作部建设的推进策略

Improving University Party Committee’s Faculty Affairs Work

高校教师是完成立德树人任务的主体力量,高校党委教师工作部的成立着眼于开展教师思想政治教育和师德师风建设等工作。在对全国高校党委教师工作部建设现状进行梳理的基础上分析了教师工作部存在的问题,包括职能定位不明确、运行机制不顺畅及配套运行体系不健全等主要问题,进而从“以‘发展’为职能定位、理顺教师工作部的运行机制、完善配套运行体系”三个方面提出优化对策。

University teachers are the main force in completing the task of establishing morality and cultivating people.The establishment of the Faculty Affairs Department of the Party Committee focuses on the ideological and political education of teachers and the construction of teachers’ethics and style.Based on an analysis of the current situation of the construction of the Faculty Affairs Department of the Party Committee in China,this paper points out that the main problems are the unclear functional orientation,the unsmooth operation mechanism and the imperfect supporting system.It also puts forward some optimization countermeasures from three aspects:taking development as the function orientation,straightening out the operation mechanism of the department,and improving the supporting system.
