摘要
电炉钢渣是钢铁业主要的固体废物之一,对其合理利用既环保又节能。介绍了国内电炉钢渣处理及综合利用现状,建议将还原渣混入液态电炉氧化渣中,通过搅拌混匀,起到增钙稀硫磷的作用,既提高电炉钢渣钙含量,又可处理和利用还原渣。
Electric furnace slag is one of the main solid wastes caused by iron and steel industry.So the suitable utilization of recycling the slag is beneficial in environmental protection and energy saving.The present situations on treatment and comprehensive utilization of electric furnace slag at home were introduced.It was suggested that reduced slag should be mixed into liquid oxidation slag in electric furnace in which the reduced slag would play a role in both improving content of calcium and diluting content of sulfur and phosphor in steel slag by uniformly stirring.Therefore the content of calcium in steel slag would be improved and reduced slag would also be treated and recyled.
