钢带表面质量缺陷原因分析及改进措施 被引量:5

摘要 针对热轧带钢产品在连续化生产中出现的麻点、氧化铁皮及周期性缺陷等表面质量问题,通过采取限制精轧机带钢入口温度,充分运用辊缝冷却水、工艺润滑及间隙式工作辊压靠等带钢质量控制技术,有效控制并消除了上述缺陷,产品质量缺陷发生率大幅降低,产品质量稳定。 In allusion to the problem that the surface quality defects such as pitting,iron oxide scales and periodic defects occurred during continuous production of hot-rolled strip products,these defects were controlled effectively and eliminated by taking such measures for quality control technology of strip steels as limiting the temperature at the inlet of coming steel strips rolled by finishing mill,making the most of cooling water for roll gaps,process lubrication and pressing against clearance-type work rolls.And thus the defect rate of product quality was greatly reduced while the product quality was stable.
