摘要
以提升设备管理水平,发展智能制造和工业互联网为目的,设计并实现了电机全生命周期管控系统。通过积累电机运行状态数据,利用人工智能构建模型,预测电机寿命,在电机发生故障前发出预警,智能分析故障产生原因并提出专家建议,集成多种业务功能等手段,实现监测、诊断、管理一体化。
In order to improve the level of equipment management and carry out the development of smart manufacturing and industrial internet,the system for the full life cycle management and control on motor was designed and implemented.By accumulating running state data on motor and making use of the artificial intelligence to build a model,the life of the motor could be predicted.And therefore the early warning of motor failure could be given while the cause leading to the failure was intelligently analyzed and then the expert suggestions were put forward.The integration of monitoring,diagnosis and management could be realized by integrating various business functions.
