摘要
西藏DG水电站从减少建设投资、场地限制的因素考虑,骨料料源采用了工程开挖料,因工程开挖料存在级配不均衡问题,导致成品骨料级配不均的现象。通过对人工砂石系统生产工艺的改进与完善,使其具备针对不同料源、工程建设各阶段混凝土浇筑所需各级配骨料量及成品料仓各级配骨料储存量来调节成品骨料的产能,确保了工程建设进度。
Considering the construction investment reduction and the field limitation,the excavated rock materials are used as the aggregate source materials.Due to the uneven gradation of the excavated materials,the gradation of the produced aggregate is also poor.Thus,the production process of the compressive crushing equipment is adjusted based on different source materials.Also,it can adjust the production capability based on the required aggregate amount of each level for concrete pouring in each stage of the project construction,and considering the aggregate storage amount of each level in production silos.With the improvement,the construction schedule of the project is guaranteed.
