摘要 深水多功能海洋工程船采用电力推进形式,具有最高等级动力定位能力,配置海洋工程起重机、月池、ROV(遥控机器人)机库和大型直升机起降平台,可在全球主要海区进行水下结构物安装、ROV作业、饱和潜水支持、路由调查等海上工程作业,是我国油气开发走向深水不可或缺的重要装备。围绕总体设计关键技术,在动力定位能力计算分析、双机舱冗余设计,以及驾控台视线、特殊稳性衡准和舒适度设计等方面,阐述了该型高技术船舶的主要技术特点和多功能特性。 The deepwater multi-function offshore engineering vessel in the form of electric propulsion,with the highest class dynamic positioning capability,configuration of offshore engineering crane,moon pool,the remote operated vehicle(ROV)and large helicopter landing platform,can be operated in major global sea area for subsea structure installation,ROV operation,saturation diving support,route survey and other offshore engineering.The vessel is indispensable for China’s deep-sea oil and gas engineering.The high-tech and multi-functional features of the vessel are briefly discussed in the aspects of general arrangement,dynamic positioning,double engine room,wheelhouse visibility,special stability criteria and comfort design.
