摘要 为提升船舶码头系泊效率,根据船舶电站设计原理,统筹公司码头岸电调试生产资源,梳理电站系泊流程步骤,调整试验先后次序,制定合理的试验方法。通过分析和解决试验过程中出现的问题,确保电站试验与其他系泊试验同步开展、互不影响,国外进口设备服务周期可控,圆满完成了电站系泊试验,船舶按期交付。此次系泊试验不仅有效降低了成本,而且提高了试验效率,为船舶交直流电站调试积累了宝贵经验。 Based on the principles of ship power station design,the production resources of shipyard’s shore power were coordinated,the test sequence was adjusted,and a reasonable test method was formulated for improving the efficiency of the mooring test.By analyzing and solving the problems in the test process,the power station test and other mooring tests could be carried out simultaneously without mutual influence.The service cycle of imported equipment was controllable,and the mooring test was successfully completed,which ensured the timely delivery of the ship.The mooring test not only reduced the cost,but also improved the test efficiency,which had accumulated valuable experience for the commissioning of marine AC-DC power station.
