供需间集群式绿色供应链博弈分析--以宁波纺织业为例

摘要 以宁波纺织业为例,构建一个“2+2”的供应链模型。应用博弈理论,横向分析集群中两条由单一核心企业与单一上游企业构成两级供应链系统的绿色合作及不合作的博弈模型,研究供应链的绿色策略选择;纵向研究上下游企业绿色合作及不合作的博弈模型,识别绿色化改造以实现上下游双赢的博弈过程。由此推导出在集群式供应链下,只有各供应链之间、上下游企业之间加强绿色合作,才能获得更高的利润,实现企业的高资源利用率和低环境污染率。 Taking Ningbo textile industry as an example,this paper constructed a“2+2”supply chain model,applied game theory to analyze the green cooperation and non-cooperation game models of two-level supply chain system composed of single core enterprise and single upstream enterprise.This paper studied the green strategy selection of supply chain and the game model of green cooperation and non-cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises.It also identified the game process of green transformation to achieve win-win between upstream and downstream enterprises.It concluded that under the cluster supply chain,the green cooperation among supply chains and upstream and downstream enterprises should be strengthened in order to obtain higher profits and realize high resource utilization rate and low environmental pollution rate.
