党建引领下的新冠肺炎疫情防控应急管理体系构建

Construction of emergency management system for COVID-19 prevention and control under the guidance of the Chinese Communist Party

恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能低下,属于高危易感人群,一旦感染新冠肺炎病毒,病情进展迅速,加之恶性肿瘤侵袭性强、进展迅猛、预后极差、死亡率高。因此,疫情防控和医疗服务如何统筹兼顾,既防止肿瘤患者被感染,又及时开展诊疗工作、守护患者生命成为肿瘤专科医院疫情防控的重点和难点。本文从云南省肿瘤医院实际情况出发,在医院党组织引领下,积极构建医院应对重大疫情防控的应急管理体系,发挥各级党组织的积极作用,统一指挥,从传染源、传播途径和易感人群进行精准防控,提出恶性肿瘤患者在疫情期间的防控策略,为其他肿瘤专科医院或综合医院的肿瘤科等高危易感人群提供参考。

Patients with malignant tumor are poor in immunity,highly vulnerable to COVID-19. Once infected with the virus,the tumor will run into deterioration rapidly. In addition,malignant tumor is aggressive,progressing rapidly and causing poor prognosis and higher mortality. For this reason,it is critical to handle the prevention and control of COVID-19 together with performance of quality medical service,by way of preventing patients from being infected on one hand and carrying out timely diagnosis and treatment in order to save patients’ lives on the other. This study focuses on the anti-COVID-19 experience of Yunnan Tumor Hospital,summing up that under the leadership of Communist Party of China( CPC),alllevel party organizations of the hospital played a critical role by constructing the emergency management system responding to the epidemic,enacting unified command so as to conduct accurate prevention and control in view of the infection source,transmission route and susceptible population. The hospital finally put forward the prevention and control strategy for patients with malignant tumors during the epidemic and provided a reference for high-risk and susceptible population for other tumor hospitals and oncology departments in general hospitals.
