Management strategy for COVID-19 personal protection training and protective equipment

目的加强火神山医院医务人员个人防护培训及复用防护用品的管理,以确保医护人员的防护安全。方法组织专科培训,提高医护人员防护意识;根据复用防护用品类型制定不同预处理方案流程;落实病区复用防护用品处理制度,相关领导全程监控督导进行质量标准检验。结果医疗队全员进行了防护用品穿脱培训考核,合格率为100%。疫情期间火神山医院复用防护用品均达到有效处理,质量标准达到"零污染",未出现医护人员因防护用品穿着处理不当而感染新型冠状病毒肺炎的病例。结论加强个人防护穿着培训及复用防护用品的管理在疫情期间对医护人员的个人安全防护起到了重要作用,确保了"零污染"目标的实现,保证了救治医务人员的生命财产安全。

Objective To strengthen the management of personal protection training and reused protective equipment for medical staff in Huoshenshan Hospital so as to ensure the safety of medical staff. Methods Specialized training was completed to improve the protection awareness of medical staff. According to the type of reused protective equipment,different pretreatment flow charts were developed. The treatment system of reused protective equipment in the ward was implemented,with the quality supervised and checked by relevant leaders. Results All members of the medical team took part in the training and examination for wearing and putting off protective equipment,with the passing rate of 100%. During the epidemic period,the reused protective equipment in Huoshenshan Hospital was effectively disposed,with the null rate of contamination.No medical staff were infected with COVID-19 due to proper wearing training and handling of protective equipment. Conclusion Strengthening the personal protection training and the disposition of reused protective equipment plays an important role in the personal safety protection of medical staff during the epidemic period,realizing of the goal of"zero pollution",and ensuring the safety of life and property of medical staff.
