Prevention and control of co-infections in COVID-19 patients undergoing lung transplant surgery

根据国家印发的有关新型冠状病毒肺炎的相关防控方案、专家共识、指导原则和感染防控的相关法律、法规,结合肺移植手术特点,笔者制定了新冠肺炎肺移植手术的感染防控建议,内容包括术前手术间和物品准备、手术人员准备、患者转运、术中和术后管理等各个环节,突出对医务人员的高防护,避免在围术期发生医务人员感染新冠肺炎。

These comprehensive recommendations were proposed to better protect medical staff from being infected by patients with COVID-19 during the perioperative period of the lung transplant surgery,based on state-issued guidelines,specialist consensus and the rule of law about the prevention and control of COVID-19,and in combination with the features of the lung transplant surgery. The recommendations attach great importance to the high-level protection of medical personnel in all the links of the prevention and control of the COVID-19 including preparations of surgical theaters and surgical wares before surgery,preparation of surgeons and nurses,patient’s transportation and other intra-and post-operative management.
