摘要
随着现代化医院管理制度的推进,公立医院的人力资源管理应当对接新兴技术发展,深化拓展智慧管理,以信息化新技术提供更优质更人性化服务,提高管理效率。本文以某公立医院的E-HR系统、人事在线招聘系统为实例,详细介绍其实践过程及优化思考,为公立医院通过智慧管理提升人力资源管理水平提供借鉴与帮助。
The progress in the modern hospital management systems paves the way for the management of human resources in the public hospital to embrace the development of new technologies,deepen the intelligent management,provide better quality and more humanistic services and improve the management efficiency by means of new information technology.Taking the e-HR system and the online recruitment system of a public hospital for example,this paper elaborates the practical process and our reflections on its optimization and provides references for public hospitals to improve the human resource management through the intelligent management.
