目的探索日间手术信息平台整体设计以及建设,解决当前缺乏专门日间手术系统、系统间互联互通程度低以及手工文书多等问题。方法详细介绍了以医院信息交互平台为基础、构建一体化日间手术信息平台的方法,以及系统的主要业务流程、整体架构设计、核心功能模块、建设效果以及存在不足。结果该平台的建设,把门诊、住院、手术等多项业务有效连通起来,实现了一体化管理,减少了患者往返医院的时间,提高了临床工作效率。结论一体化日间手术信息平台的建设,有助于提高日间手术管理质量,减轻患者治疗费用,对于推广日间手术、降低平均住院时间有重要作用。因此针对业务的发展以及当前存在的不足,需加大建设力度,进一步完善现有平台,为医疗信息化的发展提供助力。

Objective To explore the overall design and construction of the ambulatory surgery information platform so as to solve problems like lack of operation system specifically catering for daytime,low connectivity between systems,and over-numbered manual documents. Methods The method forbuilding an integrated ambulatory surgery information platform was introduced based on the hospital information interaction platform,as well as the main business procedure,overall structure design,core function modules,construction effect as well as shortcomings of the system. Results The construction of the platform could effectively connect the outpatient department,inpatient departments,surgery departments and other multi services,realizing the integrated management,reducing the time for patients to and from the hospital and improving the clinical work efficiency. Conclusion The construction of the integrated ambulatory surgery information platform improves the efficiency of ambulatory surgery management and reduces the cost of patient treatment. It is crucial in promoting ambulatory surgery and reducing the average time length of hospitalization. Therefore,it is imperative to expand the construction,further improve the present platform,and drive the advancement of medical informatization for the purpose of the development of business and the settlement of shortcomings at this moment.
