新时代劳动教育与高校思想政治教育有机融合的路径探析

A Path Analysis of the Organic Integration of Labor Education and Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities for the New Era

全面加强新时代劳动教育是构建德智体美劳全面发展的教育体系的重要内容。本研究把马克思主义劳动观作为新时代劳动教育与高校思想政治教育有机融合的理论依据和价值引领,充分挖掘高校劳动教育的时代内涵,进而深入思考如何通过劳动教育推进高校思想政治教育的创新发展,使新时代劳动教育与高校思想政治教育相互渗透、有机融合。劳动教育与思想政治教育在育人方面具有异曲同工之处,因此,应在思想政治理论课中突出劳动教育,开展形式多样的劳动实践活动,建立完善保障劳动教育有效落实的体制机制。这对提升高校思想政治教育的实践性、实效性、针对性、吸引力、获得感,落实高校思想政治教育立德树人的根本任务具有十分重要的作用。

Comprehensively strengthening labor education in constructing moral education, intellectual education, physical education, aesthetic education, and labor education for the new era is a key part of a fully developed educational system. This study, taking Marxist view of labor as the theoretical basis and value guide for the organic integration of labor education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era, fully excavated the connotation of labor education in colleges and universities, and deeply delved into ways of promoting the innovative development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities through labor education. Thus, labor education in the new era and ideological and political education in colleges and universities can penetrate and complement each other. As labor education and ideological and political education have similarities in terms of educating people, therefore, labor education should be emphasized in ideological and political theory courses, strengthening various forms of labor practice activities, and establishing and perfecting systems and mechanisms to ensure its effective implementation. This plays a key role in enhancing the practicality, effectiveness, pertinence, attractiveness, and sense of acquisition of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and fulfilling the fundamental task of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
