讨论了创新创业教育在地方高校面临的各种问题,针对新疆高校的招生特点,围绕电子信息专业的办学定位和专业特点,提出了搭建创新创业教育平台的具体措施。详细阐述了校内实验室初级培训和校外企业高级培训的两步走具体方案。不仅有效扩充了高校的硬件设备和场地,有利于高校发展,体现办学特色;而且能够培养出理论与实践并重的应用技术型人才,提升学生的就业率,缩短学生就业后的实习适应期,降低企业的培训风险和成本。

This paper discusses various problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities.According to the characteristics of enrollment in Xinjiang Colleges and universities,the paper puts forward specific measures to build innovation and entrepreneurship education platform around the orientation and specialty characteristics of electronic information specialty.This paper expounds the two steps of the primary training in the laboratory and the advanced training in the enterprise.It not only effectively expands the hardware equipment and site of colleges and universities,is conducive to the development of colleges and universities,and reflects the characteristics of running schools;but also can cultivate application-oriented talents with equal emphasis on theory and practice,improve the employment rate of students,shorten the internship adaptation period of students after employment,and reduce the training risk and cost of enterprises.
