摘要 结合生产的实践情况,利用几种PP/PE双组份熔喷医用非织造布,对厚度、面密度、断裂强力、断裂伸长、顶破性能、耐磨性等进行测试,并从外观和非织造布结构等角度,分析了PP/PE双组份熔喷非织造布的性能和特点,同时分析比较了不同克重的试样。通过实验得出了不同克重的非织造布具有不同的力学性能和较为稳定的结构,发现非织造布的克重、厚度和结构特征等对以上性能影响较大,并有一定的相关关系,得出PP/PE双组份熔喷非织造布材料具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在医用等方面有着广泛的应用前景。 Combined with the production practice,the thickness,surface density,breaking strength,breaking elongation,bursting property and wear resistance of several PP/PE two-component melt blown medical nonwovens were tested,The properties and characteristics of PP/PE two-component melt blown nonwovens were analyzed from the aspects of appearance and nonwovens structure,and the samples with different weights were analyzed and compared,The results show that the nonwovens with different weights have different mechanical properties and stable structures,It is found that the weight,thickness and structural characteristics of nonwovens have great influence on the above properties,and there is a certain correlation,It is concluded that PP/PE two-component melt blown nonwovens have unique properties,which are suitable for the development of various functional products,and have a wide range of medical applications It has broad application prospects.
