涤纶项目环境保护验收技术规范修订技术研究

Research on Revision of Technical Specification of Environmental ProtectionAcceptance for PET Project

通过对涤纶工业现状的分析,结合目前环境保护管理新的要求,提出了修订该行业建设项目环境保护验收技术规范的必要性,明确了修订的基本原则。在充分调研的基础上,针对该行业生产流程长,企业生产产品及工艺不尽相同,对技术适用性各不相同的情况,细分了行业产污环节、环境保护设施要求、验收技术要点,从而提高了验收技术规范的实用性和可操作性,指导和完善涤纶行业建设项目环境保护自主验收工作。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of PET industry and the new requirements of current environmental protection management,the necessity of revising the technical specifications of environmental protection acceptance for construction projects was put forward,and the basic principles were clarified.On the basis of sufficient investigation and research,in view of the situation of long industry production processes,and different product、production process and the applicability of different technical conditions,the industry production of link、the environmental protection facilities requirements and the main points of acceptance technology were subdivided,so as to improve the practicability and operability of the acceptance technical specifications,guide and perfect the environmental protection independent acceptance work for PET industry construction project.
