摘要
精对苯二甲酸(PTA)b*值的测试是原料进货检验的一项重要技术指标,检验数据的高低直接影响聚酯生产工艺。由于推荐使用的行业标准条件不够确定,实验室之间测试精对苯二甲酸(PTA)b*的结果存在较大差异,因此对影响测试的几个操作条件:光源、观测角、测量孔径、仪器类型等进行了试验。试验结果表明:优化精对苯二甲酸(PTA)b*值的测定方法,统一测试仪器类型,采用相同测试参数,相同测试条件:D 65光源、10°观察角、合适测量孔径(11 mm),能更好的缩小各实验室b*值的测定数据的差异,为下道聚酯系列产品的生产稳定提供了可靠的数据保障。
The test of purified terephthalic acid(PTA)b*value is an important technical index of raw material purchase inspection in our company.The level of test data directly affects the production process of polyester.Because the recommended industry standard conditions are not definite enough,there are great differences in the results of testing PTA b*between laboratories,so several operating conditions affecting the test are tested,such as light source,observation angle,measurement aperture and instrument type.The test results show that optimizing the determination method of purified terephthalic acid(PTA)b*value,unifying the type of testing instrument,adopting the same test parameters and the same test conditions:D65 light source,10°observation angle and suitable measurement aperture(11 mm),can better reduce the difference of the determination data of b*value in each laboratory,and provide reliable data guarantee for the production stability of the next series of polyester products.
