摘要 为了节约电能,降低装置综合能耗,对聚酯装置1次热媒循环泵进行改造,2次热媒泵增加跨线,停用多台2次热媒泵,通过生产上的跟踪调整,在实现了安全平稳生产的前提下,显著减少了装置的电能消耗,达到了节能减排的目的。 In order to save electric energy and reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit,the primary heat medium circulating pump of the polyester unit is transformed,the secondary heat medium pump is added with the cross line transformation,and multiple secondary heat medium pumps are stopped.Through the tracking adjustment in production,on the premise of achieving safe and stable production,the electric energy consumption of the unit is greatly reduced,and the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction is achieved.
