摘要
为改善人工铺瓦效率低、劳动强度大、危险系数高的问题,设计了一款自动铺瓦机。该自动铺瓦机以钢铁框架为机架,采用方管型材焊接而成。其机械结构主要包括主体框架、角度调节机构、置瓦机构等;控制系统以10路遥控继电器为核心,实现瓦片快速精准地抓取、放置与排列功能。
In order to improve the problem of low efficiency,high labor intensity and high risk of manual tile laying,an automatic tile laying machine is designed.The automatic tile laying machine is made of square pipe profile welded,and the frame is the steel frame.Its mechanical structure mainly includes the main body frame,angle adjustment mechanism,tiling mechanism,etc.The control system takes the 10-way remote control relay as the core to realize the tile grasping,placing and arranging function quickly and accurately.
