摘要
“杵臼”与“踏碓”是粮食精加工系统中重要的生产工具,其工作原理是通过碓头进行反复捶打使得谷糠分离,兼有制造齑粉的作用.笔者通过中国古代农书图谱及文本相互印证,并结合考古发现与壁画中的图像,利用“以图证图”的方法对这一农具进行系统论证,对山西不同农业地理中展示的“踏碓”类型进行全面考释,为农业图谱补史研究提供力证.
As an important grain fine processing tool,"mortar and pestle"or"pedal thresher"repeatedly beats the grain with the head of pedal to separate the bran and the granule,and meanwhile grinds the granule into powder.The tool images in ancient Chinese agricultural books and textual record on it are cross-verified.The tool images on the murals and the archaeological discoveries on them are also examined.With the"image to image"interpretation,we make systematic demonstrations on this agricultural tool and all-round textual research on the different types of pedal threshers in different geographical locations in Shanxi Province so as to provide powerful evidence for the supplementary history study on agricultural tool illustrations.
