基于最佳实践标准的产后出血模拟教学设计与实践 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨基于国际护理临床模拟教学协会最佳实践标准的产后出血模拟教学设计方法及实践效果。方法遵循国际护理临床模拟教学协会最佳实践标准,设计产后出血模拟教学方案,对某大学2016级护理学专业58名本科生(三年级)展开教学,共1.5学时。课程结束后采用模拟教学运行过程质量评价表评价实施效果,并对6名学生进行一对一访谈,了解学生对于模拟教学过程和效果的整体评价与建议。结果产后出血模拟教学方案符合最佳实践标准要求,学生对于模拟教学过程质量评价得分均数>4分。学生认为该教学目标设置合理,时间安排合适,但同时也提出希望调整课程人数安排,提供更好的学习环境和参与机会。结论基于最佳实践标准进行的产后出血模拟教学设计达到了预期目标,具有一定的科学性和可行性,具有推广价值。 Objective To explore the method and practical effects of a postpartum hemorrhage simulation based on INACSL Standards of Best Practice. Methods Following INACSL Standards of Best Practice,a simulation teaching plan for postpartum hemorrhage was designed. A total of 58 nursing undergraduates(year 3)in a university were taught for 1.5 class hours. At the end of the course,the implementation effects were evaluated by the quality evaluation table of simulated teaching operation process,and six students were interviewed one-to-one to understand the overall evaluation and suggestions of students on the process and effect of simulation teaching. Results The students had a high evaluation on the simulated teaching process,and the average score of each item was more than 4 points. Conclusion The simulation teaching plan for postpartum hemorrhage based on INACSL Standards of Best Practice has achieved the expected outcomes.
