摘要
全球高等教育快速发展的进程中,如何发挥高校人力资源的优势,激发高校教师在教学、科研及社会服务功能上创造业绩,从而使高校得以可持续性发展,保持自身的竞争优势,是需要重点关注的问题。为解决此问题,各国各类高校都在相继推行薪酬制度改革。高校教师薪酬制度改革的目的之一,就是激发高校教师努力工作,创造业绩。因此,激励性原则就成为设计薪酬制度结构的重要原则。本文从激励原则对构建薪酬制度的意义出发,结合管理学的两大代表性的激励理论,提出完善高校教师薪酬制度的途径。
In the process of the rapid development of global higher education,one of the key questions is how to take full advantage of universities'human resource and to stimulate teaching staff to make achievement in teaching,scientific research and social service functions,so that universities can sustainably grow and maintain their own competitive advantages.Some universities in various countries have successively implemented salary system reforms,as a solution to the problem above.One of the purposes of such salary system reform is to motivate university teachers to work for better teaching performance.Therefore,the principle of being incentive has become essential for the design of the salary system structure.This article starts from the significance of being incentive to the construction of salary system,and through the two representative incentive theories in management science,proposes ways to optimize university teachers'salary system.
