鲜红斑痣的激光治疗及评价方法的研究进展

The research progress of laser treatment and evaluation method of port wine stain

鲜红斑痣是一种常见的先天性血管畸形,多发生于面颈部。目前已有的治疗方法包括激光、光动力疗法、液氮冷冻、抗血管生成药物等。主要使用的激光有脉冲染料激光、二氧化碳激光、KTP激光、1064nmNd:YAG激光器等。目前国内外治疗鲜红斑痣的一线治疗方法是脉冲染料激光。但因其治疗的局限性和后遗症,仍需改良和开发更多的治疗手段。本文就鲜红斑痣激光治疗的原理、手段、治疗方法的评价和机制研究进展进行综述,以期为今后的临床治疗做出理论指导。

Port wine stain is a kind of common vascular disease,often occurs in the face and neck.Currently available treatments include laser,photodynamic therapy,liquid nitrogen freezing,and antiangiogenic drugs.The main lasers used are pulsed dye laser,carbon dioxide laser,KTP laser,1064 nm Nd:YAG laser,and so on.At present,the first-line treatment for port wine stain is pulsed dye laser domestic and overseas.However,due to the limitations and sequelae of its treatment,more treatment methods still need to be considered and improved.In this paper,the principle,means,evaluation mechanism and research progress of laser treatment of port wine stain were described in detail in order to provide theoretical guidance for future clinical treatment.
