单相交联利多卡因缓释技术透明质酸舒适填充唇部的临床体会

Clinical experience of using mono-phase cross-linked hyaluronic acid with Lidocaine sustained release to comfortably fill lips

目的探讨应用单相交联利多卡因缓释技术透明质酸进行唇部舒适注射填充美容的临床效果。方法自2019年7月至2020年10月,应用透明质酸对82例求美者进行唇部舒适注射填充美容。注射方法为短线状少量顺行注射,注射层次为粘膜下与口轮匝肌浅层之间,观察临床效果、维持时间及不良反应。结果本组共82例求美者,注射填充治疗后,美容效果明显;本组求美者共82例,54例求美者接受上下唇注射填充;上唇填充剂量0.3-1.2ml,平均0.6ml,下唇填充剂量0.4-0.8ml,平均剂量0.8ml。28例求美者仅接受上唇注射填充,剂量0.3-0.8ml,平均剂量0.5ml,维持时间3-8个月。注射过程中,无明显疼痛,体验感舒适,注射后即刻,局部微肿胀,未发生血管栓塞、感染、出血、红斑等并发症。结论利用单相交联利多卡因缓释技术透明质酸进行唇部注射填充,是一种安全有效舒适的方法,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyaluronic acid(HA)on lip comfort injection for cosmetic filling by mono-phase cross-linked hyaluronic acid with Lidocaine sustained release technique.Methods From July 2019 to October 2020,82 patients were treated with hyaluronic acid for lip comfort injection.The injection method was a short linear small amount of direct injection between submucosa and superficial layer of orbicularis oris muscle.The clinical effect,maintenance time and adverse reaction were observed.Results There were 82 cases seeking beauty,the cosmetic effect was obvious after injection,82 cases seeking beauty,54 cases receiving upper and lower lip injection filling,the upper lip filling dose was 0.3-1.2 ml,the average was 0.6 ml,the lower lip filling dose was 0.4-0.8 ml,average dose 0.8 ml.Twenty-eight patients were only injected with 0.3-0.8ml upper lip,the average dose was 0.5 ml,and the duration was 3-8 months.During the injection,no obvious pain,feeling comfortable,immediately after injection,local micro-swelling,no vascular embolism,infection,bleeding,erythema and other complications.Conclusion It is a safe,effective and comfortable method to inject Mono-phase cross-linked hyaluronic acid with Lidocaine sustained release into lips.
