眼睑双蒂皮瓣睫毛转位术和局部睑缘楔形切除术治疗局限性倒睫乱睫的效果比较

Comparison of the effect of double pedicled eyelid flap eyelash transposition and local eyelid wedge resection in the treatment of localized trichiasis disorder

目的对比分析眼睑双蒂皮瓣睫毛转位术和局部睑缘楔形切除术治疗局限性倒睫乱睫的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年6月在我院进行门诊手术治疗的53例局限性倒睫乱睫患者作为研究对象,根据其治疗术式不同进行分组,其中,A组(n=28)患者采用眼睑双蒂皮瓣睫毛转位术治疗,B组(n=25)采用局部睑缘楔形切除术治疗,比较两组手术情况、治疗效果及复发率。结果两组术中出血量、手术时间、治愈率以及术后并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。术后1个月,A组切口瘢痕宽度明显短于对照组,且患者总满意度高于B组(p<0.05)。随访12个月,A组复发率3.57%,较B组4.0%差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论眼睑双蒂皮瓣睫毛转位术与局部睑缘楔形切除术治疗局限性倒睫乱睫的短期和长期效果相当,但眼睑双蒂皮瓣睫毛转位术能够有效减轻瘢痕形成,患者满意度更高。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of double pedicled eyelid flap ciliary transposition and local eyelid wedge resection in the treatment of localized trichiasis disorder.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,53 patients with localized trichiasis disorder who underwent outpatient surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into groups according to their different treatment methods.Among them,group A(n=28)was treated with double pedicled eyelid flap ciliary transposition,and group B(n=25)was treated with local eyelid wedge resection Incidence rate.Results There was no significant difference in blood loss,operation time,cure rate and postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after operation,the scar width of group A was significantly shorter than that of control group,and the total satisfaction of patients was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of group A was 3.57%,which was not significantly different from that of group B(4.0%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The short-term and long-term effects of double pedicled eyelid flap ciliary transposition and local eyelid wedge resection in the treatment of localized trichiasis disorder are similar,but the double pedicle eyelid flap ciliary transposition can effectively reduce the formation of scar,and patients'satisfaction is higher.
