改性甲壳素创面修复凝露联合改良型湿润封闭疗法治愈小儿面部烧伤1例

Combination application of modified chitin wound rehabilitating biogel and modified moist occlusive burn therapy for the treatment of pediatric facial burns:a case report

小儿面部烧伤由于其年龄、皮肤质地及受伤位置特殊性,其治疗一直是整形烧伤领域的一大难题。传统湿润疗法虽对烧伤创面修复有一定的临床疗效,但各有利弊,相互之间难以优势互补。现报道我科治疗的1例面部开水烫伤男性患儿,术中采用我科独创的改良型湿润封闭疗法,联用改性甲壳素创面修复凝露。术后一月随访,患儿无明显瘢痕遗留、无明显色素沉着,获得了满意的美容恢复效果。

Due to the peculiarities including age,skin texture and injured location,the treatment of pediatric facial burns is still a great challenge for plastic and burn surgeons.Although the traditional moist burn therapy had a certain curative effect,the main drawbacks still can not be prevented.Herein,we report one case of pediatric facial scalds and applied a novel therapy called modified moist occlusive burn therapy(MMOBT)by the aid of modified chitin wound rehabilitating biogel.At 1-month follow-up visit,the patient had achieved a favourable aesthetic restoration without complications including scar deformity and hyperpigmentation.
