移植吻合皮神经前臂双动脉化静脉皮瓣修复手指缺损的临床研究

Clinical study on the repair of finger defect with double arterialized venous flap anastomosed with cutaneous nerve in forearm

目的分析移植吻合皮神经前臂双动脉化静脉皮瓣修复手指缺损的临床研究。方法研究对象为本院2015年6月至2020年6月住院治疗的120例手指缺损患者,根据治疗方法的不同分组,对照组60例采纳经典皮瓣修复治疗,观察组60例采纳移植吻合皮神经前臂双动脉化静脉皮瓣修复治疗,对比两组手功能评分、临床疗效、并发症发生率。结果观察组护理后手功能评分比对照组高,观察组临床总有效率(96.67%)比对照组(78.33%)高,观察组并发症发生率(3.33%)比对照组(16.67%)低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮神经前臂双动脉化静脉皮瓣移植吻合修复效果明显、提高改善手指缺损患者手功能,加快创面修复,且并发症较少,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical research of repairing finger defect with double arterialized venous flap of forearm anastomosed with cutaneous nerve.Methods 120 cases of finger defect patients in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.60 cases in the control group were treated with classic skin flap repair,and 60 cases in the observation group were treated with double arterialized venous flap with anastomosis of cutaneous nerve and forearm.The hand function score,clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The hand function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the clinical total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(78.33%),and the complication rate of the observation group(3.33%)was lower than that of the control group(16.67%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of double arterialized venous flap of cutaneous nerve forearm is obvious,it can improve the hand function of patients with finger defect,accelerate the wound repair,and has less complications,which is worthy of reference.
