自体脂肪组织作为一种理想的软组织填充材料,具有来源丰富、取材容易、操作简单、充盈外形好、无免疫排斥反应等优点,目前已被广泛用于乳房重建、臀部畸形矫正、面部整形、促进创面愈合、毛发再生以及皮肤年轻化等领域,而在瘢痕治疗方面的应用也只是在最近几年才逐渐开展起来。该文针对目前已知的多种辅助材料,如:脂肪干细胞、基质血管成分、纳米脂肪及脂肪来源干细胞基质胶、血小板浓缩物结合自体脂肪移植,探讨其在瘢痕防治方面的优势。
