摘要
主要讨论了不同用量的强溶剂型肟类防结皮剂对溶剂型浸涂化铣保护可剥涂料表面结皮状态的影响,并对溶剂型浸涂化铣保护可剥涂料在3 mm铝板上浸涂后的刻型以及化铣的结果进行了分析。结果表明:溶剂型浸涂化铣保护可剥涂料在加入0.6%~0.7%强溶剂型肟类防结皮剂后,对涂料表面延迟结皮效果最好,且对涂料干性、刻型和化铣几乎没有影响。
The influence of different dosages of strong solvent oxime anti-scaling agent on the surface crust state of solvent based dip coating chemical milling protective strippable coating was discussed,and the engraving and chemical milling results of solvent based dip coating chemical milling protective strippable coating on 3 mm aluminum plate was analyzed.The results show that:the solvent based coating for chemical milling protection peelable coating with 0.6%〜0.7%strong solvent type oxime anti-scaling agent has the best effect on the coating surface delayed skinning,and has little effect on the engraving and chemical milling.
