摘要
基于颜色三刺激值的相关性分析,在固定漆膜厚度、烘烤时间的条件下,分析示温涂料漆膜颜色的三刺激值关于温度的变化规律,从而构建以漆膜厚度为条件的分段函数模型。然后,从反问题的角度构建规划,使得模型预测的温度值与实际烘烤的温度值最为接近最后,利用试验数据进行模型参数估计,用数值算法求出规划的最优解>经过试验验证,利用模型的判读结果在整体上要优于人工判读方式的判读结果。
The changing law of tristimulus value of temperature indicating paint film color with respect to temperature under the condition of invariable film thickness and baking time was analyzed,that based on the correlation analysis of color tristimulus values,so as to construct a piecewise function model with film thickness as the condition.Then,the planning is constructed from the perspective of inverse problem,so that the predicted temperature value of the model is closest to the actual baking temperature value.Finally,the experimental data are used to estimate the parameters of the model,and the optimal solution is obtained by numerical algorithm.The experimental results show that the interpretation result of the model is better than that of the manual interpretation.
