摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,消费者对产品消费需求发生变化,对优质鸡产业结构将产生巨大的影响。文章分析了我国优质鸡产业发展概况、面临的问题与挑战、解决的总体思路和关键技术等方面的问题,提出了地方鸡“单流向”和“通用核心系”配套保护利用理念,优质鸡育种与生产中“快速平衡”育种、“四系三用”制种等关键技术,以期为我国优质鸡产业可持续发展和畜禽种业战略安全提供参考。
With the continuous development of social economy in China,consumer’s demands for products have been changing,which leads to a huge impact on the industrial structure of quality chicken.This paper analyzes the general situation,problems and challenges occurred on the quality chicken industry,and puts forward the ideas of"single direction flow"and"universal core line"on protection and utilization of indigenous chicken breeds and the key technologies of the"rapid balance"and"four lines and three uses"in quality chicken breeding in the hope for the sustainable development of the quality chicken industry and the safety strategy of the livestock and poultry breeds industry in China.
