浅谈油脂精炼车间精益生产管理

精益生产作为目前制造业最优秀的管理理念,被众多企业模仿。油脂精炼企业在开展精益生产时,多数管理者直接使用5S、TPM、看板等管理工具,并没有结合生产线特点向员工介绍精益生产思想,各种形式的浪费依然存在,车间并未实现真正的精益管理。本文简要介绍了精益生产理论的产生,并对比离散型生产线特点,提出油脂精炼车间开展精益生产的管理思路。

Lean production,as the best management concept in manufacturing industry,is imitated by many enterprises.Grease refining enterprises in lean production,most of the direct use of 5S,TPM,Kanban and other management tools,but do not introduce the idea of lean production to employees according to the characteristics of production line,line waste still exists,The workshop did not achieve real lean management.This paper briefly introduces the production of lean production theory and compares the characteristics of discrete production line.
