Simultaneous determination of benzyl alcohol and benzaldehyde in edible oils by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 建立一种利用高效液相色谱法同时测定食用植物油中苯甲醇和苯甲醛含量的方法。结果显示,本方法可有效分离食用植物油甲醇提取液中各色谱峰。苯甲醇、苯甲醛均在0.1~50μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R2分别为0.999806和0.999896);苯甲醇、苯甲醛精密度RSD分别为0.2%和0.1%;重复性RSD分别为0.2%~3.5%、0.5%~2.9%;检出限(LOD)分别为0.2、0.1 mg/kg;定量限分别为0.6、0.3 mg/kg。苯甲醇低、中、高浓度平均回收率分别为91.6%、93.8%、96.9%,RSD分别为0.6%、1.1%、0.3%;苯甲醛低、中、高浓度平均回收率分别为93.1%、94.2%、97.0%,RSD分别为0.6%、0.2%、0.2%。该方法线性良好,准确度和精密度高,重复性和回收率较好,适用于食用植物油中苯甲醇和苯甲醛的测定。 The paper is establish a method for the determination of the content of benzyl alcohol and benzaldehyde in edible oils.The results showed that this method separated benzyl alcohol and benzaldehyde effectively.The peak area and concentration of benzyl alcohol and benzaldehyde showed a good linearity within the concentration of 0.1~50μg/mL,R2 were 0.999806 and 0.999896,respectively.The precisions RSD of benzyl alcohol and benzaldehyde were 0.2%and 0.1%,respectively,The reproducible RSD of benzyl alcohol and benzaldehyde were within the range of 0.2%~3.5%and 0.5%~2.9%,respectively.The LODs of benzyl alcohol and benzaldehyde were 0.2 mg/kg and 0.1 mg/kg,respectively,while the LOQs of benzyl alcohol and benzaldehyde were 0.6 mg/kg and 0.3 mg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries of benzyl alcohol from low concentration to high concentration were 91.6%、93.8%、96.9%,and RSD were 0.6%、1.1%、0.3%.The average recoveries of benzaldehyde from low concentration to high concentration were 93.1%、94.2%、97.0%,and RSD were 0.6%、0.2%、0.2%,respectively.This method showed good reproducible,accurate and recovery,which was suit to determine the content of benzyl alcohol and benzaldehyde in edible oils.
