摘要
本实验采用固相萃取高效液相色谱法,测定速冻黑塌菜中柠檬黄、日落黄、亮蓝3种合成着色剂含量。结果表明:柠檬黄、日落黄、亮蓝含量在0.1~20μg/mL范围内呈良好线性,检出限分别为0.1、0.1、0.05 mg/kg,回收率为89.8%~105.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.47%~5.62%。该方法具有简便、灵敏度高、准确度好等优点,可满足速冻黑塌菜中3种合成着色剂的定量分析。
A solid phase extration HPLC method was established to determine tartrazine,sunset yellow,brilliant blue in quick-frozen wuta-tsai.The results showed:tartrazine,sunset yellow,brilliant blue showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.1~20μg/mL,with the limit of determination of 0.1、0.1、0.05 mg/kg.Test for average recovery was 89.9%~105.9%and relative standard deviation was 0.47%~5.62%.The established method is simple sensitive and accurate.It can be used to determine tartrazine,sunset yellow,brilliant blue accurately in quick-frozen wuta-tsai.
