摘要
借助雁阵效应的团队优势,能有效促进语文教师的专业成长,促进教师队伍整体素质的提升。文章探讨雁阵效应视野下的教师学习共同体构建,指出要通过四种策略打造教师学习共同体:专业阅读,铺垫学习共同体通道;课堂实践,淬炼学习共同体技能;区域开放,引领学习共同体辐射;三多评价,促进学习共同体形成。
With the help of the team advantage of goose array effect,it can effectively improve the professional growth of Chinese teachers and promote the overall quality of teachers.This paper discusses the construction of teachers'learning community from the perspective of goose array effect,and points out that four strategies should be adopted to build teachers'learning community:professional reading,paving the way for learning community;classroom practice,refining learning community skills;regional opening,leading the radiation of learning community;and more than three evaluations to promote the achievement of learning community.
