陕北黄土高原生态治理技术研究

摘要 黄土高原地区恶劣的自然环境不利于农作物的生长,而丛枝菌根真菌对植物生长具有促进作用,因此试验以黄土高原半干旱丘陵沟壑区的大田粮食作物玉米、大豆、绿豆、经济林米脂红桃为研究对象,对其接种丛枝菌根真菌之后,研究接菌对其生长、产量和品质以及对其土壤基质的影响。结果表明:米脂红桃已经与本地土著菌根真菌形成了良好的共生关系,人工接种不能促进米脂红桃植株生长,但是2 a生和10 a生米脂红桃的接菌处理比对照处理的可溶性糖含量分别提高了19%和36%,接菌有助于提高其品质与经济价值。 Lhe poor natural environment in the Loess Plateau is not conducive to the growth of crops,and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can promote the growth of plants.Therefore,in this experiment,corn,soybean,mung bean and Mizhi red peach in the semi-arid hilly and gully area of the Loess Plateau are taken as the research objects.After the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi are inoculated,the growth and yield of the crops inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi are studied And quality and its effect on soil matrix.The results showed that there was a good symbiotic relationship between the red peach and the local mycorrhizal fungi.The artificial inoculation could not promote the growth of the red peach,but the soluble sugar content of the two-year-old and 10-year-old red peach was increased by 19%and 36%respectively compared with that of the control.The inoculation was helpful to improve its quality and economic value.
