摘要
花椒(Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.)属于芸香科、花椒属,为落叶小乔木,其果实是常用调味品及药品。文章简述了近年来我国花椒的繁殖枝术、栽培管理、油脂提取和精炼技术、综合利用及资源等方面的发展状况,对花椒品质控制、种植中的施肥和农药使用等问题进行了讨论,并对花椒产业发展前景进行论述,为研发优质花椒品种提供参考。
Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.belongs to Rutaceae and Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.Which is a small deciduous tree.Its fruit is commonly used as seasoning and medicine.In this paper,the development status of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in recent years was summarized,such as propagation branch,cultivation management,oil extraction and refining technology,comprehensive utilization and resources.The quality control,fertilization and pesticide use in planting were discussed,and the development prospect of Zanthoxylum bungeanum industry was discussed,so as to provide reference for the research and development of high-quality Zanthoxylum bungeanum varieties.
