摘要
高职院校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,是培养高素质技术技能人才的重要基地。“双师型”教师作为教育教学的主力军,为促进其作用的发挥必须建立高职院校“双师型”教师考核评价体系。因此,在明确高职院校“双师型”教师考核评价体系建立意义的基础上,从关键考核指标、指标考核权重、学生模糊评价三个方面进行优化实施。
As an important part of higher education,higher vocational colleges are important bases for training high-quality technical talents."Double qualification"teachers are the main force of education and teaching,the assessment and evaluation system of"double qualification"teachers in higher vocational colleges must be established in order to promote their roles.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the significance of establishing the"double qualification"teacher evaluation system in higher vocational colleges,the optimization is implemented from three aspects:key assessment indicators,indicator assessment weight,and students'fuzzy evaluation.
