The Optimization of Practical Teaching of Tourism Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职旅游管理专业学生应具备的实践能力主要包括基础实践能力、专业实践能力和综合实践能力。目前高职旅游管理专业实践教学存在实践教学体系不完善、实践教学方法不科学、相应保障措施缺乏等问题,应实施如下改革:对接岗位能力要求,优化实践教学体系;创新实践教学方法,提高学生实践技能;采取相应保障措施,确保实践教学效果。

The students'practical ability of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges includes basic practical ability,professional practical ability and comprehensive practical ability.At present,there are some problems in practical teaching of higher vocational tourism management majors,such as the imperfect practical teaching systems,unscientific practical teaching methods,and lack of corresponding safeguards.The following reforms should be carried out:to meet the requirements of post ability,to optimize the practice teaching system;to innovate practical teaching methods and to improve students'practical skills,and take corresponding safeguard measures to ensure the effect of practical teaching.
