基于身份认同的高职院校思政教育路径探究

Exploration on the Path of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Identity

当前高职院校学生群体普遍存在自我身份认同缺失现象,并对他们的日常学习、生活、就业等方面都产生了诸多不良影响。高职学生身份认同缺失的根源在于学生的人生观、价值观、世界观混乱与不成熟,而良好的思政教育对建立高职学生的身份认同感具有重要的作用。在高职思政教育过程中坚持以人为本,创新思想政治教育工作理念,大力弘扬社会主义核心价值观,全面营造有利于高职学生身份认同的校园环境和社会氛围,进一步帮助高职学生重塑身份认同。

At present,the lack of self-identity of students in higher vocational colleges is widespread,which has a lot of adverse effects on their daily study,life and employment.The root of lack of identity of higher vocational college students lies in the confusion and immaturity of their outlook on life,values and world outlook.However,good ideological and political education plays an important role in the establishment of higher vocational students'identity.In the process of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,people oriented should be adhered to,the concept of ideological and political education should be innovated,and the socialist core values should be vigorously promoted,the campus environment and social atmosphere conducive to higher vocational students'identity should be created comprehensively to further help them reshape their identity.
